Pipelines > ny pipeline.

Namn “Appointment Pipeline”, lägg till stages vid behov.

Stages: Confirmed, Rescheduled, Canceled, No Show. Create.

Bekräftade bokningar

Workflows > + Create Workflow > Start from Scratch.

Namn “Appointment Confirmed”.

Trigger: “Customer Booked Appointment”.

Action: Create Opportunity > Appointment pipeline > stage Confirmed.

Avbokning och no-show

Avbokning

Workflow “Appointment Canceled”, Appointment Status Trigger = Cancelled.

Update Opportunity, toggle “Allow opportunity to move to any previous stage”.

Pipeline Appointment, stage Canceled.

No-show

Appointment Status = No-show.

Update Opportunity, stage No Show.

📌OBS: Manuell flytt i Opportunities möjlig.

Lägg till SMS/e-post-påminnelser.
