Video Testimonials Overview

Video Testimonials is a feature designed to help you collect customer video reviews through shareable, fully branded Video Collectors. Customers can easily record or upload a video from either desktop or mobile devices, with no app installation required. Once submitted, videos can be reviewed internally and seamlessly displayed on your website using the Review Widget.

You can locate this tab in the Reputation Management section. 

Once there, you will see three sub-sections: Overview, Video Collectors, and Responses. These tabs help you manage video testimonials.

In each sub-section, you will see two buttons on the upper right-hand side. Clicking the Send Review Request button allows you to request a contact to share their experience with your business, while the Create Collector button enables the creation of a new collector template.

Overview 

This section allows you to view and manage video collectors and customer responses.

Click the three dots next to your collector template to view and edit its details, open it in a new tab, copy its link, view collector responses, clone, or delete it.

Below your collectors, you will see recent responses.

Clicking the three dots associated with each response will allow you to view its details or delete it.

Video Collectors

To manage collectors independently, navigate to the Video Collectors sub-section. Similar to the Overview tab, you can use the actions menu associated with each template to access additional options or click the share icon to send a review request to a contact. The search bar allows you to quickly locate specific templates for efficient management.

Responses

Responses can be filtered based on the collector from which they were received. You can search responses by name or manage them directly from this interface.
