SMS Sending Limits and Warm Up Method

You can send up to 5,000 SMS messages per day. Each message can be up to 150 regular characters long. Please note that using special characters will reduce the maximum character count.

If you’re sending SMS for the first time, you need to warm up your SMS number before you can send up to the maximum limit.

The warm up process has an 8-level ramp. Level 1 starts with the smallest SMS limit, with increasing SMS limit on each level. After you completed the 8th level, you will now be able to send up to 5000 messages in a day.
