How to Use the CSV Blog Importer

Access Blogs & Choose a Target Blog

Log in to your account and navigate to Sites > Blogs from the left menu. Create a new blog site by selecting Create Blog or open an existing one by clicking its name.

Start a CSV Import

Next, click the New Post dropdown and select Import Blog Post from CSV.

Prepare & Upload the File

Doing so will display options for you to download the sample CSV or XLSX template or click Upload (or drag and drop) your prepared file.

Once you have uploaded your file, review the summary and formatting tips, then open any blog card to preview and edit your post as needed. 

Set the publish date. Past dates publish immediately, future dates schedule automatically, and blank or invalid dates are saved as drafts.

Import & Confirm

Finally, click Import.

In the confirmation modal, review the summary (number of posts published or saved as drafts) and Click Import to add the posts to your blog site.
