How to build custom integrations in FunnelBud Flow
Webhooks and Private Integrations
The standard way to integrate another application with FunnelBud Flow is to use “Webhooks” in our automations engine. This allows you to send data from any other application to FunnelBud, and vice versa, and perform various operations with that data in FunnelBud. For example, you can edit contacts, start automations, and more.
Please search for “Webhooks” in our documentation to find all articles about this.
Please note: If you need Support for Webhooks, you will need to upgrade to the CRM Standard Plan. Once your plan is upgraded, we will be able to help you with integrations using Webhooks.
Private Integrations / API
Private Integrations offer a robust and secure way to connect your Flow account with any third-party application. These custom integrations are tailored to your specific needs and can enhance the functionality of your FunnelBud setup.
Contact Support for pricing on API Integrations and Integration Support. You will need to upgrade to the CRM Inbound Plan and purchase an additional API Integration support package, after which we will provide you with the necessary API documentation based on your integration requirements.
