Utilizing CC & BCC in Emails

By utilizing BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) and CC (Carbon Copy) in email communications, users gain powerful tools to enhance their messaging capabilities. Also if a Custom field is used it will only modify it for the primary recipient, so if you want to use the BCC for mass emailing they should use the bulk email send instead so that it can work with custom fields.
