Troubleshooting and Re-authenticating Across Multiple Facebook Pages

Within the platform, you can resolve issues related to missing Facebook permissions with the Connect Multiple Facebook and Instagram Pages feature. This capability, already available for sub-accounts using the Single Facebook Page version, streamlines troubleshooting by enabling users to quickly identify and address permission-related issues directly from the platform.

One of the most common problems in Facebook integration is addressed, allowing you to manage your integrations independently and efficiently.

How It Works

The feature introduces the ability to help users resolve issues caused by missing Facebook permissions, including:

Navigate to Settings > Integrations to view the status of your connection.

The Facebook card on the Integrations page displays a clear warning banner when permission issues are detected, ensuring users are promptly notified.

Accessing The Troubleshooting Tool

If you encounter any issues when managing your Facebook or Instagram connections, click the three-dot icon next to the Facebook integration and select Troubleshoot.

Seamless Reconnection Process

Click the reconnect button to be guided through Facebook’s authentication flow, enabling you to grant the necessary permissions again. You may be able to edit permission settings directly within the authorization flow, or a link to Business Integration Settings will be provided to complete the process, depending on the specific issue.

Lead Resync

If you’re missing links inside the system, select the time frame (1), then click Sync Leads (2) to fetch any contacts that might be missing.

By allowing you to identify and resolve permission issues independently, this feature enhances efficiency and reduces downtime.
