How to import different contact field types

Phone Number field

When adding a phone number that requires a ”+” sign, please add an apostrophe at the beginning of the number, like this: ‘+191668128779 (Correct format)

Checkbox and Dropdown (multiple)

Checkbox and dropdown (multiple) field types allow for multiple options to be selected. To import to a checkbox or a dropdown (mutiple) field:

• If you want to check multiple options, make sure that options are in the same column, separated by a comma.
• There must be no spaces between options.
• The options must match exactly with those specified in the custom field settings.
• Please note that imported options will overwrite any existing values in the checkbox or dropdown (multiple) field. It’s not possible to add to existing values through importing.

File Upload and Signature

File Upload and Signature Fields are NOT supported when importing.
