Custom Widgets Overview

Widgets are versatile, customizable data visualization tools that enable users to efficiently analyze and present their data for enhanced insights and reporting. The main way to view and interact with them is through the dashboard section of your CRM, where you can add, modify, or delete widgets by clicking the “Edit Dashboard” button.

To add a widget, simply click the “Add Widget” button located in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  8. Payments: Track transactions, revenue trends, and payment statuses to monitor business performance.
  9. Meta Ads: This helps you track and analyze Meta Ads performance trends effortlessly, making it easier to monitor paid traffic performance at a glance.
  10. Social Planner: Analyze social media publishing performance, engagement trends, and content activity across connected platforms.
  11. General: Access predefined performance data across platforms like Google, Facebook, and tasks.
  12. Google Analytics: View and interpret website performance data, including traffic sources, user behavior, conversion metrics, and engagement trends for data-driven optimization.
  13. Custom Objects: If you need to manage relationships or processes that go beyond the standard CRM objects, this lets you create object-specific widgets to customize and associate data to get better insights.

For widgets that are not specifically designed to provide information on a single metric, such as the total number of items meeting a selected criterion, you can choose from the following metric options:
