Pausing your account

If you would like to pause your account, you may do so for a maximum of 3 months every year. We will charge a 500kr administration fee for pausing the account. There is no fee to resume the account when you are ready to do so.

• You will lose access to the system
• Your account will continue to work in the background - for example Websites, Landing Pages, Forms, Calendars, Automations and integrations will continue to function. 
• If your account incurs any usage fees during the paused time (eg. from Premium Automation Triggers, forwarded calls etc.), those will be charged to your credit card as usual.
• All of your data will remain intact for when you want to resume the account.

If you would like to pause longer than 3 months in a given year, you can do so at a 70% discount to your usual subscription fee.
